Barbaresco from the Starderi MGA above the Tanaro, first released from 2020 in about 3,000 bottles. Drinking age 3 to 15 years after harvest.

Tasting notes

Fresh, balsamic and spicy bouquet with compact, velvety tannins; envelops the palate.

Pairs well with

Egg pasta, roasts, braised meats, medium and long-aged cheeses.
