Tasting notes
Ruby tending to garnet. Ripe fruit and cream on the nose, with subtle plum and cherry. Energetic, persistent, full palate with black pepper and red fruit; clean, rich and harmonious.

- Fermentation on the skins in thermoregulated steel at 28 C for 7-8 days with frequent pumping over; 4-6 months in steel before stabilisation and light filtration. About 5,000-8,550 bottles.
