Intense nose of musk, black locust and orange flowers, sage and honey. Clear, straw-yellow, pleasantly sweet, well-balanced with notes of honey and freshly picked grapes.

- Vinification
- Freshly harvested grapes are gently pressed; the must rests at near-zero temperature before filtering, then is kept cold until fermentation begins at 18°C. Fermentation is stopped by cooling to 0°C once alcohol reaches 5%. Best drunk young, ready within weeks of harvest.
