Tasting notes

Ruby red with garnet highlights; aromas recalling violets and small forest fruits. Warm and pleasantly sweet on the palate, with fine, persistent tannins.

Excellent with fairly demanding meat-based main courses, cold cuts and medium-mature cheeses.
