Pensiero line Barolo Riserva, a distinct bottling from the Platinum-line Barolo Riserva, aged at least 62 months.

Tasting notes

Attractive ruby red with garnet highlights turning orange with age. Clean, full, intense bouquet of withered flowers, dry leaves and underbrush. Warm, soft palate with sweet, velvety tannins and a long, fresh finish.

Pairs well with

Ideal with rich red meats and medium to mature cheeses; also excellent as an after-dinner wine.
