Tasting notes
Straw yellow with green reflections; aromas reminiscent of white fruit. Savoury on the palate with fine bubbles and a sweet, long finish.

- Vinification
- Grapes harvested into 20kg crates and gently pressed. Must is statically decanted in temperature-controlled tanks, then ferments in stainless steel at 16-18°C. Kept on lees until spring, when the cuvée is blended from different lots. Second fermentation in bottle in spring, followed by ageing on lees of at least 9 months.
