Tasting notes
Straw yellow with greenish highlights, fine and persistent bubbles. Intense, complex aromas of wild flower honey, spices, roasted nuts and crusty bread.

An ideal aperitif and an elegant match for a full meal from start to finish.

- Vinification
- Grapes harvested into 20kg crates and gently pressed. Must is statically decanted in temperature-controlled tanks, then ferments in stainless steel at 18-20°C. The wine rests on fine lees until spring, when the cuvée is blended from selected crus. Second fermentation takes place in bottle from May, followed by ageing on lees for at least 30 months, in observance of Metodo Classico rules.
