Grivò is a Barbera d'Asti DOCG from a south-facing vineyard in Frazione Mongovone, Isola d'Asti, bought by the family in 2000.
Tasting notes
Intense ruby red, full and classically Barbera in fragrance, with good depth and grip and an ample, elegant finish.
Pairs well with
Prosciutto, ham, hearty first courses, red meats and game.

- Vinification
- In the cellar, grapes are pressed and destemmed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks; the wine matures in small French oak barrels for six to seven months before bottling.
