Sweet
Sourgal
By Elio Perrone, Asti, Piemonte, Italy
Elio Perrone's Moscato d'Asti DOCG, made from 100% Moscato grown at 350 metres in Castiglione Tinella.
Tasting notes
Yellow moving toward green, bright and vivid. Intense and varietal on the nose, recalling acacia and orange blossom, yellow peach, sage and freshly picked Muscat grapes. Sweet and harmonious on the palate, balanced by Moscato's typical acidity.
Pairs well with
Dry biscuits, tarts and leavened desserts; also good as an aperitif with small savory bites.
