Langhe Nebbiolo DOC, planted in memory of the family's original small Nebbiolo rows, from a vineyard at 380 metres in Castiglione Tinella.
Tasting notes
Elegant and refined, bright ruby color with garnet reflections. Generous, intense fruity and floral scents recalling cherry, raspberry and wild violet, with light hints of anise and nutmeg. Full-bodied and drinkable, balancing freshness with delicate tannin into a long, fruity finish.

- Vinification
- After gentle pressing, the must ferments in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine is then aged and refined for 12 months in 25-hectolitre oak barrels until bottling.
