Tasting notes
Intense cerasuolo pink. Broad, fresh, intense nose with red berry fruit and mineral nuances. Fresh, savoury, harmonious, with good structure and refreshing acidity.
Pairs well with
Excellent as a summer aperitif or with pasta, salads, white meats and fish dishes.

- Vinification
- Hand harvest in 20 kg perforated crates, destemming and cold maceration for 10-14 hours, then soft pressing and a short cold settling of the must. Fermentation at a controlled 16°C in stainless steel. No malolactic fermentation. Three to four months in stainless steel, bottled the winter after harvest, two months in bottle. First vintage 2013. About 6,000 bottles (0.75 l).
