A Metodo Classico rosé Brut made from Barbera, first produced in 2014, with at least 18 months on the lees.
Tasting notes
Soft pink, fine and persistent perlage. Complex bouquet with evident fruit and notes of bread crust. Fresh, pleasantly tart, good structure and persistence.
Pairs well with
Excellent as an aperitif; with its structure it also works throughout a meal with fish dishes or fresh cheeses.

- Vinification
- Hand harvest in 20 kg perforated crates, soft pressing of whole bunches with a short cold settling of the must. First part of fermentation at a controlled 15°C in stainless steel, then racked into barriques and tonneaux of oak at the end of fermentation. No malolactic fermentation. Four to six months in third-passage Allier barriques, tirage the spring after harvest, minimum 18 months on the lees in bottle. First vintage 2014. About 1,500-2,000 bottles (0.75 l).
