Tasting notes
Straw yellow with greenish highlights. Vegetal, fruity and floral notes. Fresh acidity with a fruity, lively finish.

- Agliano Terme and Montegrosso d'Asti, about 2 hectares of vines.
- Soil
- Pale, sand-rich soil the locals call "sabbie astiane": clayey-calcareous marl of marine sedimentary origin, low in organic matter but rich in trace elements, especially magnesium.
- Exposure
- South-east facing in the Agliano Terme vineyard, north-west facing in the Montegrosso d'Asti vineyard, at about 230 metres above sea level.

- Hand-picked.

- Guyot-trained.
- Vinification
- Soft pressing, fermentation of the free-run must for 12 to 15 days at a controlled temperature of 15 to 16°C in steel tanks. The wine rests on its own lees for an average of 2 to 3 months in steel tanks.
