Vino Rosso 'Ciresa' presents a medium ruby color, with inviting aromas of red berries and a touch of floral notes, delivering a soft and approachable palate with a pleasant fruitiness.

- Pale, sand-rich soil the locals call "sabbie astiane": clayey-calcareous marl of marine sedimentary origin, low in organic matter but rich in trace elements, especially magnesium.

- Vinification
- The bunches are dried in crates for 50 days, then softly pressed and destemmed, and fermented on the skins for 15 to 20 days at a controlled temperature of 25 to 26°C in soft-system tanks. The wine is aged in barrique for 12 months.
