- Pale, sand-rich soil the locals call "sabbie astiane": clayey-calcareous marl of marine sedimentary origin, low in organic matter but rich in trace elements, especially magnesium.

- South-west to south-east facing, at about 230 metres above sea level.

- Guyot-trained.
- Vinification
- Soft crushing and destemming, then fermentation on the skins for 8 to 10 days at a controlled temperature of 25 to 26°C in soft-system tanks. The wine rests on its own lees for an average of 3 to 4 months in steel tanks.
