A brut rosé spumante blending Nebbiolo, Barbera and Freisa, made with a tank-method second fermentation.

Tasting notes

This Brut Rosé displays a delicate pink hue with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose reveals elegant notes of red berries and floral undertones, while the palate is crisp, dry, and refreshing with a balanced acidity.

Agliano Terme, about 0.5 hectares of vines.
Soil
Pale, sand-rich soil the locals call "sabbie astiane": clayey-calcareous marl of marine sedimentary origin, low in organic matter but rich in trace elements, especially magnesium.

West facing, at about 230 metres above sea level.

Hand-picked.
Vineyard planting
Guyot-trained.
Vinification
Soft pressing, first fermentation of the free-run must for 12 to 15 days at a controlled temperature of 15 to 16°C in steel tanks, then rested on its own lees for 2 to 3 months. A second fermentation follows in steel tank for 5 months at a controlled temperature, with added sugar to build the sparkle.
