Tasting notes
Ruby red with orange highlights. Intense aromas of rose, red fruit, raspberry and cherry. Full-bodied with well-judged tannin, good structure, soft and persistent.

- Agliano Terme, about 0.3 hectares of vines.
- Soil
- Pale, sand-rich soil the locals call "sabbie astiane": clayey-calcareous marl of marine sedimentary origin, low in organic matter but rich in trace elements, especially magnesium.

- South-west facing, at about 230 metres above sea level.

- Hand-picked.

- Guyot-trained.
- Vinification
- Soft crushing and destemming, cold skin maceration at 8 to 10°C for 48 hours, then fermentation on the skins for 3 to 4 days at a controlled temperature of 22 to 23°C in soft-system steel tanks. The wine rests on its own lees for an average of 3 to 4 months in steel tanks.
