Suasì

Every year a small number of white grapes are picked slightly earlier than usual to produce a very drinkable, pleasant white. The name Suasì comes from a Piedmontese dialect word meaning chosen.
Tasting notes
Medium lemon color, with exotic fruits on the nose, nice drinkability and freshness in the mouth.
Pairs well with
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with appetizers based on fish and shellfish. Good with bread, butter and anchovies.
