Daivej

By Deltetto, Roero, Piemonte, Italy

Deltetto Daivej

Daivej, Piedmontese for 'the old (people)', is a homage to the Deltetto family's ancestors and is grown on the same Canale hill where the family's viticultural history began.

Tasting notes

Crystal clear with pale yellow color; fruity nose with notes of exotic fruit and crunchy red apple, hints of floral notes. Fresh acidity in the mouth with notes similar to the nose.

Pairs well with

Perfect as aperitivo but very versatile; can be served with typical Piedmontese antipasti as well as exotic dishes. Good with grilled octopus.
