I Lioni
By Deltetto, Roero, Piemonte, Italy
'I Lioni' was the nickname by which the Deltetto family was known locally, giving its name to the farmhouse where the first bottles were produced. In 2017 the tradition was renewed with the birth of Leone, son of Cristina and Giorgio.
Tasting notes
Pale ruby color, clear nose with hints of violet, spice and small red fruits; elegance and freshness are the main characteristics in the mouth.
Pairs well with
Pasta and first courses. Very suitable served by the glass. Good with raw veal tartare (carne cruda).
