Tasting notes
Colour: intense yellow. Nose: intense and persistent, with sage and mint. Palate: fresh and savoury, not cloying, with a long finish.
Pairs well with
Toasted bread with butter and anchovies, oysters and raw fish; very pleasant with Robiola di Langa and Langa cured meats.

- Vinification
- Soft pressing of the bunches to protect the aromatics. Must stored in autoclave at a controlled 0 °C; fermentation in autoclave at 16 °C. Bottles are then aged in the estate's cellars, recalling the old way of keeping Moscato.
