Ruchè from Castagnole Monferrato, steel-matured; alcohol 13 to 15% vol depending on the vintage.
Tasting notes
Colour: bright red with violet highlights when young, turning garnet with age. Nose: intense, persistent, aromatic and fruity, with rose petals and violets in the early years, evolving to spice. Palate: warm, harmonious, full-bodied and balanced, with a slight tannic edge.
