Red
Gallina
By Ceretto, Alba, Piemonte, Italy
Ceretto's newest Barbaresco cru, debuted from its first vinification after this small Neive parcel was acquired in 2015 - the acquisition that finally completed the family's goal of a single-vineyard wine from each of Barbaresco's principal villages.
Tasting notes
Deep bouquet alternating floral and fruity notes with hints of undergrowth; firm, chewy yet refined on the palate without any sense of heaviness
Pairs well with
Veal, mushroom risotto, semi-aged cheeses
