Red
Bussia
By Ceretto, Alba, Piemonte, Italy
From Bussia Soprana, one of the very first classified Barolo crus and the best-known vineyard of Monforte d'Alba, farmed by Ceretto under a rental agreement and vinified at the Bricco Rocche Winery.
Tasting notes
Earthy, wet forest floor, bitter orange and blue flowers, with crunchy redcurrant, rose petal, animal musk and sandalwood; powerful yet smooth, with a long finish and splendid acidity
Pairs well with
Brasato al Barolo, roasted game, hard aged cheeses
