Sparkling
Asti Spumante
By Ceretto, Alba, Piemonte, Italy
Ceretto's fully sparkling expression from I Vignaioli di Santo Stefano, sharing its base wine with the Moscato d'Asti but finished with a second autoclave fermentation for true spumante character; label and bottle also designed by Giacomo Bersanetti in 1987.
Tasting notes
Vibrant straw yellow with golden hues; floral notes of linden and acacia alongside white peach; balanced sweetness with lively acidity and a fine, persistent perlage
Pairs well with
Fruit-based desserts, hazelnut cake, festive aperitif
