Tasting notes
Intense, brilliant ruby red, with intense varietal rose, ripe red fruit and vanilla notes. Fresh and soft on the palate, well balanced, refined and persistent.
Pairs well with
Fresh pasta with meat ragu, meat ravioli, boiled meats, roast beef and steaks, pork.

Alcohol 14.0% vol depending on vintage. Bottled in a heavy special bottle recalling those of the past.
