A blend of four grape varieties from the estate's vineyards, fermented separately and aged 18 months in French barrique.
Tasting notes
Intense, dense ruby red; wild berries and red plum with hints of hay and spice. Fresh, savoury and full-bodied, with a pleasant tannic vein and a long finish.
Pairs well with
Hearty first courses, red meats even medium-cooked, game, semi-aged cheeses.
