Red
Re Noir Pinot Nero
By Cascina Lo Zoccolaio, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy
A 100% Pinot Nero aged about 18 months in oak barriques, hand-harvested in crates at low yields.
Tasting notes
Not too deep garnet red. Balanced between spice and red fruit on the nose; full and intense on the palate, satisfying and persistent.
Pairs well with
Land-based dishes, though it does not disdain fish; works with national and international menus.
