Tasting notes
Garnet red with brick-orange hues that deepen with age. Intense, complex yet delicate and ethereal on the nose; warm, full and dry.
Pairs well with
Beef, game and stews, steak, lamb, veal, rabbit, wild boar and venison; ideal with medium or long-aged cheeses.
