Tasting notes
Intense purple red with light violet hues, good consistency and fluidity. Intense, broad, persistent bouquet with fine, frank floral and fruity notes. Dry, pleasantly savoury, good body, well balanced and soft, with an inviting, joyful liveliness. Alcohol 13 to 13.5% vol.
Pairs well with
Cooked and cured salumi, simple first courses, risottos and pasta with meat ragù, white meats, Piedmontese fritto misto and bollito, mild cheeses and fresh robiola dressed with pepper and olive oil.
