Tasting notes
Straw yellow color. Complex, broad bouquet starting with nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts) and finishing in flowers and fruit, with subtle white and yellow flowers and fresh peach. Pulpy structure with persistent, pleasant minerality.
Pairs well with
Excellent with fish, also good with meat appetizers and cereal-based soups. Intriguing with aged cheeses.
