Langhe Nebbiolo DOC named Funsu, the Piemontese dialect name of founder Alfonso Ferrio, made from 100% Nebbiolo grown in Canale d'Alba and Santo Stefano Roero.
Tasting notes
Ruby red with garnet shades. Floral and fruity nose reminiscent of violet and rose. Light, delicate and elegant tannins, easy-drinking.
Pairs well with
Piemontese antipasti such as tartare or albese, veal with tuna sauce, insalata russa. Excellent with aged cheese, red meat (grilled or spiced) and wild game.
