Tasting notes

Intense pink colour. Fruit notes on the nose and a good balance between acidity and body. Very easy to drink.

After destemming and soft crushing, a cold maceration enriches the must in aroma. Followed by pressing and clarification. Aged in stainless steel until bottling.
