Tasting notes
Intense ruby-red with rich red-fruit aromas and a delicate hint of spice. Dry, full-bodied on the palate, with fairly marked acidity and slightly tannic.

Meats, game and aged cheeses.

- Destemming and crushing, alcoholic fermentation on the skins in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, then racking into oak barrels where malolactic fermentation takes place. Aged in barrel for 6 to 12 months, then in stainless steel until bottling.
