Cantina Oriolo Langhe Bianco

An Arneis white fermented and aged in stainless steel.

Tasting notes

Deep straw-yellow colour with an intense scent of white fruit and flowers. Pleasantly harmonious on the palate, with a good contrast between sweetness and acidity.

Pairs well with

Vegetable starters, fish and fresh cheeses.

Crushing with stalks and soft pressing. Static settling and racking with selected yeasts, then alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by cold stabilisation. Aged in stainless steel until bottling.
