Tasting notes
Light ruby red, delicate, persistent, fruity aroma with floral hints and a note of pepper and spice, soft, dry flavour with a pleasantly almond and bitter aftertaste, unique in its kind.
Pairs well with
Vitello tonnato, carne cruda, finanziera, cured meats and agnolotti, Piedmontese mixed fry, and elaborate fish dishes, fried or grilled with aromatic herbs.

- Average vine age 30 years, yield 70 quintals of grapes per hectare (45 hl of wine)

- Traditional vinification with maceration carried out with pump-overs and punch-downs concentrated in the initial phase of maceration, fermentation temperature controlled at 28°C, maceration lasting 4 days, aged in steel tanks where malolactic fermentation occurs early.
