Da Pruvé
By Ca' Rome', Barbaresco, Piemonte, Italy
A Langhe blend of Nebbiolo from Barbaresco and Barbera from Serralunga d'Alba, vinified separately and then aged together in barrique and Slavonian oak.
Tasting notes
Ruby red, with heightened aromas of rose and almond. Good body with a delicate flavor; Barbera gives color and acidity while Nebbiolo gives structure, tannins and elegance.
