Tasting notes
Intense ruby red tending towards garnet. Elegant aromas of raspberry, rose and licorice. Full flavored and harmonious with a long finish, velvety and elegant.

- From young Barbaresco vineyards, vine age up to about 10 years
- Vinification
- Carefully selected grapes are destemmed and pressed. Maceration lasts about 15 days at a maximum temperature of 30°C (86°F). Malolactic fermentation ends before winter is over. Aged 24 months in 25-hl Slavonian oak barrels, then a further 8 months in bottle.
