Chardonnay vinified in steel and aged 9 months in French oak with batonnage, for long ageing (5 to 10 years). 13% vol on the shop page, 13.5% on the tech sheet.
Tasting notes
Brilliant straw yellow with golden reflections. Intense, delicate and floral, with fruit recalling banana and peach. Full and soft yet savory and fresh.
Pairs well with
Aperitif, first courses, fish, white meats, cheeses.
