Cumot
By Bricco Maiolica, Langhe, Piemonte, Italy
Nebbiolo d'Alba Superiore aged in small oak barrels, named after the nickname of the founder's great grandfather.
Tasting notes
Ruby with garnet shades. Delicate bouquet of ripe fruit, liquorice and vanilla; full flavour with balanced tannins and hints of wood. Keeps its fruit and vanilla with age.
Pairs well with
Rich meat and game such as braised hare; aged cheeses such as Raschera and Castelmagno
