Tasting notes
Ruby colour. Fruity bouquet with red currant and nectarine; very fruity, with currant, bilberry, black cherry, plum and mulberry. Velvety, crisp and pleasantly acidulous with little acidity.
Pairs well with
Pizza, salami, barbecued meat, soft unripe cheeses and bagna cauda
