'Nciarmà is the estate's Roero DOCG, 100% Nebbiolo, aged about 24 months in barrique and tonneau of French oak.
Tasting notes
Orange tinged garnet red. Complex, intense and structured on the nose with violet, red fruit compote and pleasantly spiced notes, ample, complex, pleasantly tannic and very persistent on the palate.
Pairs well with
Red meats, roasts, game, aged cheeses.
