Bacarà is a rosato table wine made from the estate's native Roero red grape variety, vinified in white and aged only in steel.
Tasting notes
Bright, vivid rose colour with intense aromas recalling rose and small red berries. Fresh and persistent on the palate, with hints of redcurrant and raspberry.
Pairs well with
A versatile wine, good throughout a meal, paired with delicately flavoured dishes.
