Langhe Arneis Passito
By Azienda Agricola Francesco Rosso, Roero, Piemonte, Italy
A passito dessert wine made from dried Arneis grapes, aged 18 to 24 months in French oak barrique and bottled in half bottles.
Tasting notes
The drying process gives honey and saffron notes, pleasant on both nose and palate. Sweet but not cloying, thanks to a low sugar level.
Pairs well with
Excellent with both fresh and aged cheeses and dry pastries.
