Agricola Gian Piero Marrone Memundis

A barrique-fermented Chardonnay made in limited quantity and aged 16 months on lees plus a year in bottle before release.

Tasting notes

A wine of great structure, made in very small quantities. Pleasant vanilla that does not overdo the wood, citrus, white figs, acacia and honey. Barrique fermentation gives sweet tannins.

Pairs well with

Starters, grilled fish, white meats and even slightly fatty dishes; or as a meditation white.
