Barolo

By Agricola Gian Piero Marrone, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy

Agricola Gian Piero Marrone Barolo

The estate's classic Barolo, 100% Nebbiolo (Lampia) from Castiglione Falletto and La Morra, with a bouquet the producer calls complex and enveloping.

Tasting notes

Full, intense garnet colour. A fruity and spicy bouquet recalling small red fruits, raspberry and wild strawberry, cherries in alcohol and jam, with hints of violet and rose, cinnamon and pepper, nutmeg and vanilla, and at times liquorice, cocoa, tobacco and leather.
