Tasting notes
Deep ruby red with violet reflections. Intense, fresh, fruity nose with violet and mint. Balanced, warm, long and persistent, with notes of jam and vanilla and a rich, lasting finish.

- Vinification
- Maceration on the skins for 15 to 18 days with frequent pump-overs. Alcoholic fermentation at 25 to 28 °C, malolactic by December. Aged 12 to 14 months in first-use 500-litre Allier and Fontainebleau tonneaux, blended in stainless steel and bottled in May. 6 months in bottle. Ageing potential 7 to 9 years. 4,000 bottles.
