Grignolino d'Asti
By Agostino Pavia e Figli, Asti, Piemonte, Italy
Grignolino d'Asti fermented four to six days on the skins and aged in steel, to be drunk within about two years. About 9,000 bottles.
Tasting notes
Charming ruby red shading into cherry. Broad nose of fresh fruit, spice and almond. Well balanced with good persistence and slightly tannic sensations typical of the variety, making the wine pleasant and fresh.
