Tasting notes
Ruby red leaning to light garnet. Fruity, floral and spicy, with an intense scent of musk and wild berries. Clean, delicate and very persistent.

Desserts and fresh fruit in pieces (strawberries, peaches)

- Vinified after a short maceration of about 24 to 36 hours on the skins, for its light ruby colour with purple reflections. Bottled in early December and released for the holidays. 5.5% vol.
