Tasting notes
Intense ruby red. Clean and elegant, with red fruit, ripe cherry, raspberry and sweet notes of tobacco. Broad and structured, with fresh softness and roundness, and a pleasantly savory finish.

Cured meats, aged cheeses, stuffed pasta and red meats

- In steel tanks, with 10 to 12 days of maceration on the skins and gentle cap wetting by a shower system. Starting at 30°C, falling to 27°C. Malolactic fermentation in steel. Aged at least 18 months, 12 of them in large barrels before bottle ageing. 14% vol.
